• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, original-condition items.
  

• Once approved, return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

• Refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Note: Sale items and personalized products are non-refundable.
